Hi,

I have this very same trigger and it is very frustrating. I am an outgoing person, so it would annoy me when ever I am waiting to introduce myself in a meeting or waiting to do a presentation I would physically shake and then get all 'waffly'. I recently went for a large scholarship which involved doing a presentation to 12 very important people. You can just imagine my fear!

However, I introduced myself in a meeting the other week and it was only afterwards I realised I had managed it without being a quivering wreck. The only thing which has changed is I am taking a supplement called 5HTP and I am taking it with Omega 3 capsule daily.

I haven't done a presentation since taking them, but previously when doing presentations the one thing I found which helped was to keep reminding myself that my presentation in the grand scheme of life was pretty insignificant. That my audience in 6 months wouldn't remember it. Also going through in my head all the things which could go wrong and then thinking so what if they did, its not the end of the world. Sounds simple but I found it effective.

Hope this helps a little, good luck and remember you aren't the only person feeling like this.

K x
