Down and up

My sister visited, and gave me grief about the state of the flat ( I admit I hadn't tidied up for a couple of days because of feeling down due to health issues and the changeover of the ownership of my flat) and was constantly going on about being able to get an exchange because I am now with the housing association (my private landlord has recently sold the flat back to the housing association), I tried to explain that this wasn't the case but she kept on about her boyfriend told her this and her boyfriend told her that, I lost my temper and said what the hell is it to do with him, things started to calm down after that and she helped me to tidy up a little, she was also taking photos of the inside of my flat which I am not happy with.

She wants me to move closer to her, the she said she could take me shopping and out and about, this I am very doubtful about as she barely finds time to pick up the phone let alone visit (she last visited me in April, I live about 1 hours drive away)

This not helping with my depression, I also need to contact my GP about a physical health issue I need help for, but keep on putting it off because of trouble trying to explain myself.

On a plus note I had a brilliant visit from the housing association representatives who helped me and filled in the forms needed to change the rent benefits over and also filled in the attendance allowance form for me.

Anyway thank you for listening/reading, take care everyone.

Philip
