Alcohol and anxiety

Hi guys,I would like to know if any of you experience shaking and being cold the next day after consuming alcohol. I never had them before,just been experiencing these symptoms since the start of 2022 bcuz I had had some serious anxiety and depression problems during that time . I feel like they're connected.

Hi Sophia, yes this is very common with anxiety and alcohol. How often do you drink? Alcohol is often used to calm our nerves but the next day can be so bad when it comes to your anxiety, I haven't experienced the chills but shaking and very bad anxiety the next day!
