Hi my friend..."it's our over sensitized nervous system" Nothing serious, we are just

so hyper sensitive and stimulated by lights and sounds more than the average person.

When this happens try to not focus on "what's happening" but rather take a deep

breath and tell yourself that "it's okay". :) xx

It means you are a human being and are receptive to outside influences. You must learn to take the negative and turn it to positive. If you continue to tell yourself you are unwell, suffering, hearing things, YOU will make it happen. Just ignore it. When this happens to me, I say, "Get behind me,, Satan." As Agora1 says, 'take a deep breath - and live your life in peace and calm.

This means so much, i will read this over and over until my subconscious takes it in, my nerves are so sensitive that i need to have silence to heal better.

The "You will make it happen" is powerful because of laws of Manifestation

Silence is good providing you use that silence well. But don't forget you need the company of others to encourage and enable you on your journey - and life is a journey - It's good to spend time alone, but it's not so good to be 'lonely.' There is no better medication than that of a good 'belly laugh' with friends who care!
