hi I’m new to this site. I’ve been dealing with horrible health anxiety. I always feel sick and uncomfortable in my own body. I can’t get the the idea that I may have some underlying illness out of my head. I have always been a healthy person but I know how quickly things can change. I’m scared and live in constant fear of the what if’s.
