Head rushes that are 24/7, one after another, and I get head pressure and lightheadedness/headache, yet my Dr puts everything down to panic/anxiety disorder without no checks for these head rushes etc off balance/jelly legs and constant falling/dropping sensations, is that constant I am housed bound and can hardly move, can this really be panic/anxiety disorder, with the symptoms I get a lot of fear and impending doom, but I never really hyperventilate

Hi Andrew, I had all the symptoms you described at one time.It is very frightening. I did not however have the constant head rushes.
The ones I had every so often were bad enough. I can imagine how this
is making you afraid to go out. I became Agoraphobic because of that.
It is true that Anxiety can and does cause all these symptoms and that
we then go into a "fear begets fear" state of panic. When we are under
stress, there are alot of physical changes that go on within our muscles,
Tightness of the neck and shoulder muscles as well as improper alignment
of our head can cause this fullheaded/dizzyheaded feeling leading to head
rushes at times.
Until your doctor/or a Neurologist does some diagnostic tests, you will continue
to wonder if something is seriously wrong which in itself will allow the symptoms
to continue.
But again, let me reassure you that once the tests come back that everything
is okay then it will be up to you to believe in that. Once you do, the symptoms
will go away on their own. Take care and get the help you need.
