Does anyone else have quirky habits with mental health issues always people ready jump on hand wagon saying you been drinking etc. Rant educate yrself and get a life

Are you referring to people saying things like, "OMG! I have OCD too!" ? If so, yes. I think that people naturally want to be part of a community and to be involved in conversation, so they will agree with whatever you are saying, or say that they suffer also.

As someone who has survived cancer, I dislike when people say, "my aunt died of cancer!", or, "yeah my friend's dad's mom's cousin's bff had that cancer and died!". It is the same with mental health things. I prefer people to be honest and not agree or join my journey out of agreeance (I made that word up!)
