I feel so bad

Can anyone help me or talk to me? I think this is a panic attack but I've been having this horrible all encompassing feeling of dread where everything actually looks dark and scary and everything feels bad. It feels like im dying. Nothing feels real it just feels like a nightmare. I can't think. This doesn't feel like my usual panic attacks at all but I just got checked out at the hospital 3 days ago and everything was fine except I'm hypothyroid and my platelets were a little low but I have a doctors appointment follow up tomorrow

Hi anxious lulu yes those are symptoms of a panic attack that happens to me when I panic I know those feelings it is just from anxiety how are you feeling is it passing??? If you can go ouside for a walk that usually calms me down
