Hello,

Im waiting on my appointment so I can be put back on my medicine for anxiety .

Until then could someone help me cope with my breathing I've been in panic attack mode for the pass 3 weeks because not this move me and my family made to Florida. We've been in and out of hotels untill we can find an apartment. Smh and it's really been working on me

My breathing has been so weird since then SMH which will send me I to a panic attack .

Seems to go away when I go to the er and they give me a sedative.

Has anybody went through this also what helped you?

Hi Vicky, the fact that you breathe better after receiving a sedative can reassure youthat this is coming from your anxiety and over sensitized nervous system.

Please use the suggestion from ChavivLeon regarding slow deep breathing, muscle tension

relaxation and visualization/mindfulness exercises. I do these as well and find them very

beneficial. Once you get proficient in them, they may just replace any sedative. Results will

be the same, it's free, doesn't have side effects and you can do it as often as you want.

My best to you Vicky :) xx
