realy worried my poo fit test came back as number 10 i read some sites it normal but doc said he just refer me i had a colonoscopy 3 years ago was normal im worried it’s something bad or ibd my poo is normal i get diarrhoea sometimes when i’m got bad anxiety but most it’s consirpation and. normal i have hemorriods too

I wouldn’t worry about it at all. I’ve had all sorts of bowel problems and each time worries it was something major but wasn’t. I’ve had almost a dozen colonoscopies to get rid of pollops and I’m not even 40. Anxiety can make these routine procedures seem much worse but you will get through it. Guided meditation helped me.

I would try to not worry unless your doctor says there is a problem. It very well could be nothing. Try to keep yourself busy so you don’t think about it as much.
