Has anyone ever been diagnosed with CFS/ME Or does anyone struggle with it , I have extreme muscle fatigue even if I do 2-3 things a day my body feels worn down and my back is in excruciating pain I don’t wanna go to the ER cause they are no help .

Naenasmommy, I have Fibro. The energy of an Energizer Bunny but the after pain of CFS/ME. I feel for you xx

I am literally stuck to my bed this flare up is bad . It started on Monday 😩

I'm so sorry to hear that. Everyone handles chronic pain in their own way.Finding relief is sometimes the only thing we can ask for since there isn't an answer

to pain relief at this time.

I have tried many different modalities in the past incl. acupuncture, biofeedback, physical therapy, occupational therapy, self hypnosis, massage, Reiki and Meditation.

Each one did work in their own way but only lasted a short time.

What has helped me is to this day is doing my Meditation and breathing 3 x a day.

Making sure if I get over stressed, I take out some "me time" to regenerate.

I can't imagine how you handle being in immense pain and fatigue. I wish there were

something I could say or suggest but I can only go by my own experiences.

I'm sure you will find others on this site who have the same issues and maybe can learn

from their experiences. Keeping you in my thoughts and wishing you less pain soon. xx
