Weaning off my medicine

Hello

My doctor helped me wean off my medicine which I’m going to ask my doctor about the symptoms, and somebody did mention to me that is my body trying to get back to normal

One of the symptoms I have issues electrical pulses that seem like they’re coming from my chest in the heart area 😩 it just feels like electric heart palpitations.

I went to the emergency room, and they checked my heart; they did an x-ray, and then they did an EKG

They said everything looked good 👍

Don't get get me wrong though I do feel much better mentally by being off my medication, but the symptoms of weaning off are weird and uncomfortable.

Also I'm not sure if these are symptoms 🧐

Anybody else went through this

Yes, brain zaps are common coming off of meds, long after you're clear of them. I can imagine heart palpatations are also common coming off of meds. Purchase Triple Calm Magnesium and take it. It's great. I use RHYTHM brand from Amazon.

You are going through withdrawal which can be very uncomfortable. I know you are weening off with your doctor's help, but you will probably still feel the effects. Do you think you are going to be mentally okay off your meds? Were they just not working? Drink plenty of fluids, rest when you can and try calming relaxation tricks.
