Chest and arm pain?

Does anyone get both really really bad randomly? I was walking to my car and my chest was hurting really bad like to the point I had to cling on to my chest and now my left arm is hurting, like pressure

Is this the first time this has happened to you or has it happened before?I'd be wanting to get this checked out, especially if this is the first time and completely out of the blue.

Yes they said anxiety I’ve had tests etc but they said my arm is nerve hit it’s been everyday for a year and my chest ou my ive bad chest pain for about 5 years now

Yes, I get this and have been to ER because of it. EKG and chest X-ray, as well as blood test came back normal.
