Anxiety and Chest Pain

I have read most of the post before I write and it doesn't seem to help. Just 2 years ago I was the kind of person who wakes up and feeling excited about the morning coffee, the morning air and everything. Just last year I became very anxious and on the edge for no reason. I feel anxious when thinking about driving, about seeing people. The worst thing is this chest pain that I couldn't get rid of. I will jumped up from my sleep and feel this overwhelming anxiety in the morning. Recently I have reached a point of getting extremely angry just seeing my father in law going by his daily routine of smoking and spraying water around the house for no reason. He sprays water even when it is raining. He sprays water into the canal behind the house for hours on end for absolutely no reason. My wife is currently pregnant and after telling him to stop smoking and spraying water on the ground as she might slip but he refused to. I am closed to doing something I will regret. He has been doing these nonsense for years and it sorts of build up over a prolonged period of time, like The Chinese Water Torture. Seeing him now sends instant anxiety and anger down my spine. I have no idea how to get rid of this problem.
