ECZMA GETTING WORSE AFTER DAKTORIN CREAM

I AHVE TRIED DAKTORIN CREAM AND THAT AHS ONLY AMDE MY ECZMA WORSE I SUFFERF WITH ECZMA ON MY FACEMY IM WONDERING SHOUDL I GET AN APPOINTMENT WITH MY GP AS MY ECZMA HAS NOT GOT ANY BETTER

Please go back to the pharmacist who gave you the cream and ask them what they would recommend. Creams designed to deal with particular rashes are unlikely to be helpful with eczema - they are designed to deal with particular skin infections - a very different mechanism from eczema. If the cream was recommended by a member of staff at the pharmacy then please ask to speak to the pharmacist in charge.

I recommend a cream called Pimecrolimus. It is not a steroid crea and does not cause thin skinning so can be used on the face. Usually needs to be prescribed by a dermatologist but your gp might play ball if they are clued up.Good luck

Lancome do an excellent cream called Nutrix it would be the biggest treat ever for your face as it is probably the world's top cream for dry skin Look on ebay for Lancome Nutrix - not the body lotion the one for your face
