I am currently on day 5 after testing Positive for Covid-19. It’s been a tough few days, I have felt so poorly but today I am starting to feel the aches and pains lift a little. I tried to do some housework but I had to stop after a few minutes as I felt I couldn’t catch my breath. I don’t seem to have much pain in the chest area, it’s
just more uncomfortable and its causing me to feel highly anxious. I also lost my sense of smell and taste today. I was hoping as I got to this day with my taste and smell intact that I had dodged that symptom as I have been gifted a get well soon chocolate box and was hoping to get stuck into that for the football final tomorrow 🙈😬

Amanda- You will be fine! I had Covid in February and worried myself till I ignited my anxiety. I lost my smell as well. Don't let yourself get worked up and DO NOT read Covid stories or research. That made my anxiety worse. Get as much sunshine as you can and take walks. Prayers for You!
I'm just now getting over covid..I to have lost my smell and taste. I am on day 15 and am finally getting my smell back slowly..still can't taste though. Covid has thrown my anxiety into overdrive. I think my anxiety is worse than my covid.
