Hello I am brand new here and happy to try this out. Reading other’s questions and answers has been helpful to me already. I’m also new to anxiety. Here is my question/worry.
I often feel over stimulated like I’ve had too much caffeine or having an adrenaline rush. It’s like I’m high but completely sober. I don’t even drink caffeine anymore. I’m learning to accept it and ignore it and just let it be there. When something stressful happens I start to feel this way and it’s really uncomfortable. I just don’t feel like myself lately. Does anyone else feel like this and what do you do to fee better? Thank you.
