I have had severe tinnitus in both ears. And I have had what I feel is Ménière's disease, but never bother to get it diagnosed because doctors usually make most things worse with their unhealthy medications.

I've had vertigo and nausea when I tried to replace plumbing under my kitchen sink or put in similar position. I've had a full cottony muffled hearing in both ears. For 2+ months I had balance problems and tunnel vision. I couldn't walk upright without touching a wall. Plus I have had hyperacusis where small noises sound like a cannon shot, which startles me.

I had SEVERE Generalized Anxiety Disorder and stress and worry leads to tension that caused all kind of soreness and pain, especially in the neck, back of head, and shoulders. But, the pain has showed up everywhere.

I've learned anxiety is the great mimic, so it can manifest as every dreaded disease and malady possible. So, overtime, I learned that most every symptom I feel ... is ANXIETY, and to ignore it and move in with healing, which didn't happen overnight but has led to remission and normalcy.

I learned I had to take responsibility for my anxiety. No doctor or testing or unhealthy lifetime med was going to 'heal' me.

I used healthful, natural therapies to break the cycle which finally gave me the peace I was yearning for. I will send you tips on what I did to end it. I hope you find something on the list that gives you healing.

Hi. Saw your post by chance as don't have meunieres myself. However my brother in law has it seriously and he and his wife have done much research . What seems to have really worked wonders in his case was a medics advice to severely cut back on salt intake -- well below the generally recommended minimum. It makes life a bit difficult --- you need to make all your own bread for example but well worth it in his case.
