Hello, I’ve been feeling like I can’t take a full deep breath and it’s making me panic even more. I’m scared that something wrong with my heart because sometimes it feels like it skips a beat. I’m trying not to let myself go into pull panic but I’m looking for some suggestions to help me. Feeling a shortness of breath all day.

Hi how are you feeling now hope your okay when I feel panic come on like that I try get to bedroom window for some fresh air and do some deep breaths or if not much air go to bathroom and run cold water on your wrists ,, is they something triggering it make sure you keep telling yourself your okay and as scary as it is ride with it but keep positive thoughts in head that you will be ok ,, ig it’s happening in bed hold something before you sleep mines a asthma pump minus the spray and a stress ball in other just something to keep mind occupied b4 you nod off ,,
Have you been tested for your heart and other things like iron and stuff also try not look it up it’s the devil really messes with your head

Sometimes focusing too much on your breath can be unhelpful.Try focusing on your feet for a few minutes or picking out sounds going on around you for a few moments.
