Does anyone else feel like they are so cognitive slow?

I feel like my brain cant process what i do on autopilot. Lets say i take my glasses off, 2 seconds later i am trying to take them off again. Its like my brain cant process what i do on autopilot, its lagging. It is so scary! I am freaking out i have a brain tumor or something.

If you have a brain tumour you would have a lot more symptoms than this so it's not that. Depression and or anxiety can cause this and I have heard it can be a symptom for people on the autistic spectrum. Instead of guessing you need to see a doctor for more investigation.

I had bad anxiety ... and it caused brain fog .... tunnel vision ... loss of balance .... fuzzy vision. It's all part of the game.

Don't focus internally so much on what 'might be' killing you. Instead focus on calming yourself down ... breaking the cycle of anxiety that grips you.

It's easy once you read up on it. I did it with very few anxiety meds, and I had one of the worst cases.
