Low heart rate

Does anyone else get a low heart rate with bad diziness and breathless and tiredness? Had ekg,a etc and it’s not came up with anything and they said they only look for heart block and I ain’t got it, dunno if it considers low but it will go in to like 51 and I go dizzy

I have a resting heart rate of 60 and often get bad dizzy spells as well as I have depression and anxiety. Chest pain is also horrible. I found a lot of it got better (the dizziness and chest pain) when I started eating healthier

depression can lower your heart rate and anxiety can raise it.

Yes emergency room said there not concerned they ran test
