Do you think sometimes you have to take a 2nd try on a oximeter? Sometimes I’ve been really breathless, partially and my oxygen levels are like 93!!! And then sometimes it says my heart rate is 33!!!! I’m making myself go crazy🙁 then I try again and it does go up, a couple times the oxygen stays at 94 for a while like 20 seconds then goes back up to 97, same with my heart rate it goes back up to about 51

Oximeter
Do you use the oximeter and heart rate monitor at home? I assume you do. Has your doctor asked you to do this? If he has not, you might want to think about using them much less. Knowing you are going to use them is likely to make you anxious and the results inaccurate.
I think unless you have medical issues then you don't need an oxymetre at all! I have one but I have lung disease.
My advice to you is to chuck it away as it's only contributing to and fueling your anxiety and making it worse.
But what about the low heart rate, and diziness etc, anxiety can’t cause a low heart rate
First anxiety can cause all sorts of strange symptoms so you certainly can't rule that out.
Second oximeterss used at doctors are calibrated every day to ensure they stay accurate. Home ones aren't so thy aren't so they are not. The proper way to use one is to put it on your finger and wait 20 seconds to give it time to stablise. Then if it is low or high do the same with a finger on your other hand. They should be roughly the same. Mine is anyway.
Third unless you have a diagnosed medical condition you don't need an oximeter. They are useful for those with lung or heart disease but that's it. Heart or lung disease is very rare in someone your age. I have lung disease after 40 years of smoking. Heart disease usually attacks in middle age and older and is often hereditary, or caused by being overweight or unhealthy diets (or smoking).
Whilst you are obsessed with imagining every disease going you can't live your life. I hope you are being treated for health anxiety as this is what you need to be doing.
