Anxiety help

Hi everyone since having my child a year ago I have a mummy tummy I can feel round balls in there I spoke to doctors they said lipomas but my health anxiety is telling me different 😪😪😪

Lipomas are very common. My brother has many. I have some .... my wife has a huge one on her back. You can get them removed .... or leave them there if they are not too bothersome.

Hypochondria or 'health anxiety' is one of the most common symptoms of acute anxiety. You don't want to focus inward and 'feed' it, because it only makes you feel worse. Some anxious people get very obsessed with bodily aches, pains, and function.
