My anxiety has me tightening up my stomach. Even when I’m not anxious, I don’t know if this is a tick I develop. What's, was going on? Do you guys have the same experience or different?

Good question sometimes my stomach does feel tight when i am not anxious because of acid reflux also for a tic you need to feel a urge like a sneeze or a itch .
No no I guess it's not a good tic then. I will check to see about Acid reflex
