Night anxiety 😩

Hello, I wanted to ask those who can’t sleep and just feel weird. What do you guys take to go to sleep? Benadryl a glass of wine?

Need advice and currently doing breathing exercises but still can’t sleep

I have been using marijuana for quite some time now. It works absolutely well to treat the anxiety symptoms and helps me sleep well at night. I usually go with any one of these (mdberry.com/best-strains-of... as they are known to work well. I am pretty satisfied; they lower my anxiety effectively
