Having problems with my anxiety while driving out of town

I get bad panic attacks when driving out of town. I get so much fear and thoughts of doom and it throws me in a panic and i can't seem to over come the fear of driving out of town do to the fear that I'm dying or something is wrong with me

I struggle with anxiety. I don't always understand it and have found that many people in my life don't understand it. I do know there is nothing wrong with you, you just struggle with leaving town. I am sorry for this. I am here if you feel like talking.
