Does anyone or can anyone tell me, I’m not anxious when I get these pains I’m just sat being normal or walking or anything, and I can get bad pains in my chest, left arm, and my back sometimes at the same time and it’s so scary

Yes had ecgs,s etc

You know the condition that you have been diagnosed with? Well can you look to see if there is a support group for it, you will feel better if you can learn from other people with it how to.cope with it

What about hypnotherapy ? If you can go under hypnosis to accept little twinges of pain and not let them alarm you
