I was on Nardil for about 30 years and had to stop because of the shortage. I was only on 15 mgs daily but started by going to one every other day then every second day etc. You need to do it very slowly I think. I did over about 3 weeks as that’s all the tablets I had and it was far too fast. After about2 weeks I started getting anxiety and panic attack symptoms again. Dr gave me lorazepam to help but just 0.5 mgs daily. I tried a few anti depressant but had major side effects with them all. I am now taking manerix which is a reversible maois. It’s not as good as Nardil. I would say I’m about 80% better. I’m still taking lorazepam but cutting it down slowly.
