Getting more anxious because I don't know if my chest discomfort is due to Coronavirus or Anxiety.

I tested positive for covid two weeks ago. I had a runny nose one day and then clogged nose the next two days. I felt really fatigue for those two days, which was the first week I had it. The following week I felt a lot better and even went back to be working out. I am now starting to feel pressure in my chest. I can breathe fine but this feeling isn't going away and I am starting to get even more anxious. I really don't want to go to the hospital and them telling me it's anxiety. I don't know if the pressure is due to coronavirus. I felt fine last week it's just started bothering me this week. I have felt this way before but it usually goes away throughout the day. So far, I have had no luck because it's not going away. Its bothersome because it doesn't let me sleep. I am scared to go to sleep and perhaps have my heart stop. I don't know if I'm overthinking it or I should actually be worried.
