Recently, I’d say since October ive been getting sharp pains in my head. It feels like someone has a really tight band around my head and I am getting a lot of brain fog. I always seem to forget things too.
I recently had blood test which were ok, just had an MRI the other day and waiting on results but I am so scared. I wonder if it’s linked to stress or anxiety but this is why I am here.
Does anyone else get anything like this?

Hi I have suffered with anxiety and depression for 4 years now and sometimes it’s debilitating, I too have had the pains in my head and similar symptoms to you and the tests to go with it to rule out anything else , I was diagnosed with neuralgia brought on by stress , hopefully this is what your experiencing because it goes away for months at a time and only reappears when I’m quite stressed out , everyone is different , once I knew I didn’t have anything bad it wasn’t so bad anyway . I wonder if what you're experiencing is "ice pick" headaches. Sharp pains that feel like, well, someone is picking at your head with an ice pick! I had this year's ago and it went on for months. Sometimes I would experience dozens of these clusters a day (a cluster would last a few minutes...with 20-30 "picks") Always happened in my left temporal lobe..the exact same spot every time. MRI showed nothing and it resolved on its own. Very strange...
