Hi everyone. So I am on birth control but I recently missed one pill in my pack so took 2 the next day, now I am 3 days late on my period and have been spotting brownish blood off and on for 2 days. I took 3 pregnancy tests and they are all negative. I’m so scared. Has this happened to anyone?
No worries being late in your period happens to everyone, normal. It happens more often to people who have anxiety.
Yea. If I mess with my pills at all it throws the whole thing off. If you’re on the pill long enough, you could get to a point where you just have spotting and no bleeding. Totally normal also.
