Phone call off doctor
Thats a sign of a healthy athletic heart. If it speeds up during inspiration and slows as you breath out it is a good sign.HVR heart variability rate is the same thing.
Cardiologists worry about people whose hearts do not alter speed at all....Please trust the Doctor....please believe your heart is healthy.
People with real heart disease are unable to walk 20 paces or get through a day without oxygen.I had sinus arrhythmia on my tests 40 years ago.I took up daily 40 minute walking then running up and down 15 flights of stairs to see if i could come to harm.I dont recommend this to anyone else, i needed to prove this to myself.I took up cycling, hill walking...still doing this 40 years after i thought my heart was going to stop.
Your feet are your second heart, everytime you take a step, it forces the muscles in your legs to push blood back to the heart so the heart has help during exertion....therefore you improve heart health...by walking!.
This organ is a marvellous design that can work tirelessly for a 100 years...so should serve you well, as long as you eat properly, avoid smoking/vaping get enough exercise and rest.
Worrying achieves nothing to this end.
I don’t exercise much so it must just be the age, they said I had barhycardia and the only time they are concerned if they can see heart blockage which they can’t, Thankyou
