New Job Confusion?

I started a new job this past October, I’m a 66 year old senior, the job is pretty physical I feel like I have to prove myself, the other employees are in their 20’s it seems? Well after a couple of weeks my boss me a card that said I was doing a Great Job!!! It raised my confidence a lot, other managers have also told me I do a Great Job, co workers have came to me telling me they noticed how hard I work and that I make the younger ones look Bad. And whenever my boss calls me to come in on my off days I Go. I work PT the hours have been helping me a lot. NOW I’m Comfused? Next weeks schedule I’m Not on it At All? Should I say anything? What should I say? Thanks

How many hours do you average per week? I probably would just not say anything and see what happens the following week.

Thanks , about 12, sometimes more She usually text me if I can come in, on the schedule next to my name it says M-Sun. Available. I overheard the managers talking about how no one answers their calls. It just has me baffled that all of a sudden I’m Not Scheduled at all? I was thinking about Not saying anything? If she was going to let me go wouldn’t she say something? Thanks

I agree, if they didn’t need you anymore they would just let you go. I would let it go this time, if your not on the next schedule I would ask them about it.
