Can it be anxiety

Iv been told by my dr I suffer from anxiety. I have burning in my muscles and joints, a burning in lower right abdomen, burning in my mouth, a sore throat, how can it be anxiety.

This can be a symptom. Check out the website anxietycentre.com. They list an extremely long list of symptoms and that is on there. I myself, have experienced it. The burning seems to jump around to different body parts, then go away, but then come back. I agree with your doc...most likely anxiety.

Yes I have, I've had sore throats a way back, I believe it was tension in my neck that caused it, and I have chronic muscle tension that causes a burning feeling in my arms, sometimes I wake up with it, as I clench my jaw at night and am tense. Some days are better than others. Read my posts on my profile if you want more details. Been like this for a long time and had many tests and scans, so I know it's Just me!Best Wishes
