Dizzines, spaced out

I have been feeling really dizzy and spaced out over the last 2 weeks. It all started 2 weeks ago, when I felt like the room had tipped upside down. Since then I've had panick attacks daily, fels spaced out confused, not with it and dizzy. All this is alongisde, feeling sick and loss of appetite. The doctors and AnE have said its anxiety. I feel unable to function and I'm staying it home as it feels more comfortable than daily activities. Does anyone relate? Im so worried this isn't anxiety.

Anxiety indeed it really irks me when they say that. They said that to me at A&E too and we’re WRONG. If anything it’s an ear infection causing vertigo. I had the same, even had it last week and couldn’t look up. The room was like I was on a boat in 60 ft waves... horrific. I got Stemitil... stops it and stops the nausea.

Ask your doctor for it xx
