I am having severe anxiety and my mind is stuck in thoughts and because of this I am not able to focus on my studies and even daily activities because of this. Also, I have lost weight and feeling extreme dizziness.
I don't have close friends and also cannot afford a therapy because my parents will not understand this. What should I do?

How are you doing today? The best advice I would give you would be to read Claire Weekes, for me it has been the biggest help, much more than years of therapy. And also exercise is essential to lower anxiety levels. I know one doesn't feel like exercising when you're not feeling well but if you really want to feel better it's definitely worth it, and free!
