I found out that there was lumps under my chin and my jaw line and also a little size pea lumps on my armpit

Im really hate going to see a gp like im scared that test will come back bad or the doctor not satisfied my question like im scared im being disappointed again like the past. I used to going back and forth to the doctor now i avoided it

I totally understand I am the same , always afraid what they might say , but 2 weeks ago I had a heart attack quite a serious one and it had made me think , is is not better to face that fear and nip something in the bud before it gets worse or keep away and it could do

I am not saying anything is wrong with you but having HA from mow on I am going to face that fear and make sure I am ok x

I wish i had someone that understand my situation even i keep it secret about my condition. my family and my friend not knowing about my condition. It's really hard to open up to people. I want to open up but its hard to talk. Im really alone in this fight😔 i just want to go back to my old me, i just want just a moment to feel normal again.

Take that step and make a list and be open with your Doctor , if the one's you have seen before are not helpful go and see a different one x
