Hi all I need advice Ive been going thru something at work in which I had to put a large complaint in about how a colleague was treating me, they treat it as bullying at work, I've been on the sick with major anxiety/low mood through it.
Now back at work they've dropped my complaint against colleague, but when I see colleague at times now I get very tense/sweaty/anxious and it's really starting to get to me again I'm not sure how I can get over it.

Going through the same thing and it’s horrible and it’s managers and 1 person in perticula and I can’t get any help because there all the same.. I dread going there every day and at times can’t switch it off. I know bullies are weak insecure toxic people
