Will my bad thoughts and impending doom comes true I’m really scared about thoughts again

It started because I said I hope I never get in a car accident when I start driving and the boy said now you are because you said that but I say that about my thoughts and stuff I hope now I’m scared stuff will come true

Hi it sound like your anxiety going into overdrive it’s frightening. The thoughts just seem to come out of nowhere I think all of us on this forum have had these thoughts of impending dome. Just get up and walk away from these thoughts, diversion tactics, do anything to stop your brain thinking about these thoughts. Take care
