I couldn’t breathe

Yeah people were wearing their masks and distancing but the noise was just too much

And I couldn’t get air in

This one was pretty bad and it happened in front of my mom

Hi Danielle I’m in the same boat. I use to get over 6 a day, then it got to a point where I never had one for 6months and I forgot about it until 2 months ago I had a major attack in the barbers chair. Then one in the shop while in the que. since then I’ve got them bad again!!! Panic attacks are the worst!
