The one time I chose to exercise 😳😑

I was just twirling about with my earphones in as one does. and I get this sudden pain in my Left B, with a little bit of tightness goes away then comes back with arm pain

My heart is beating fast from the twirling 😂 and now back pain has settled in the pain is localized and doesn’t move but this sucks I try to be healthy and this happenes☹️
