I get so sick and nauseated in the morning before school or a big event. Sometimes my stomach hurts so bad, around 5am and it wakes me up out of sleeping before my alarm even goes off. I usually can’t even handle eating something small or one of my favourite breakfast foods. Anything good related makes me want to vomit. If I don’t have school that day, I’m completely fine and can eat a good breakfast. I’ve tried taking gravel when I wake up, but it doesn’t help much. Deep breathing and meditation only increase the anxious feeling. Some days are better than others, but I don’t know what else to do about it on the days it does happen.
