I found lumps in my armpit

I was doing fine for five days like no anxiety no symptoms at all and then suddenly today my anxiety sets in and i keep checking my body now i found lumps in my armpit now im getting anxious again

You do need to get any lumps checked out, please go to your gp...ASAP,...having said that I have a friend who says to me "if you go looking for things you will find them" and that often gives me the courage to go and get things checked. Good luck and let us know how you go on.

To help with the anxiety, set a game plan. First, doctor appointment to have the lumps checked out. Second, one day at a time. Go to the appointment, listen to the dr, do what they suggest, get whatever tests are recommended. Find support from family/friends who can go with you, visit with you when the anxiety is high, etc. You CAN do this. Prayers for peace, health and wisdom.
