Lump bottom of belly top of groin

Please help! I am freaking out! So I have a lump on the left side I have tried to show in the pic below. I can’t get an appt with a doc until over a week and I have major health anxiety as it is. I have googled so I know what a good and bad lump feels like It feels hard and I don’t know if it is moving like what google auggests how do I even know if it is or not? Has anyone ever had a hardish lump there it doesn’t hurt either so I can’t see it being a cyst

Don’t google because you will only get worse case scenario and it’s a search engine it could be a number of things honey maybe a cyst are you in pain
