Does anybody notice that they get shortage of breath and discomfort when you lay down on your stomach for to long. When I lay down it’s fine but when I get up it feels like my diaphragm is so tight.

Stomach sleeping is not healthy. You are putting pressure on your lungs. Also it's not good for your spine. Try to change positions every so often. Laying on your left side moves your organs away from your heart and allows good heart beats for healing. I use pillows alot to keep me in certain positions. Pillows along your back will remind you not to lay on your stomach or your back. Good luck.❤

I get shortness of breath especially when I get up from a laying position, as anxietynomore said laying on my stomach seem to contribute to it, my problem is I can only get comfortable on my tummy. Anxiety is all to consuming, I will definitely try positioning some pillows to try and get a peaceful night and peaceful awakening 🙏🙏🙏
