Citralopram not working?

Hi everybody, I’m new here- quick q on citralopram, I took it 2 years ago for 6 months no issues, back on it again and I don’t feel it’s helping at all? Anxiety is worse especially in the morning after I’ve taken the 20 tablet. I’m on week 6 of this now, thinking of asking for a change, has anybody else had this?

Not had this problem with this med but had different kinds of meds that all of a sudden they have stopped working as well

I maybe would stick it out 2 more weeks and if still no different then make that call to the Doctor and see what they recommend
