Muscle spasms in stomach

Hi I just had a muscle spasm in my abs locked me up for a minute. Now I shaking like I’m cold I have bad anxiety does anybody else get like this

I've had stomach cramps before, it's sometimes left me feeling sore, I think it's because I've been so tensed up inside that it's caused cramping, I've experienced it on and off for many years, even when I haven't felt particularly anxious.
