This started on Sunday, when while I was chilling with my folks, I got a random heart anxiety thought that if my heart rate increases I won't be able to relax or slow it down. Then it will keep increasing until I get a heart attack! I actually did read a post about this on here two days before it happened so that likely caused it as well. But now, I can't go anywhere so I can avoid my heart rate increasing. I can't sleep and I'm excessively sweating! Any help? Thanks
