Hi

Few month ago i received a letter which shows my claim has been extended till next year whereby my review was supposed to be on October but today ive just received a form to fill up how disability affects me so it means i have to attend the assessment?

I think because of the covid they may be doing things a little different so where as you were due instead they are getting you to fill a form in just to put on their records that nothing has changed , that is what I have been lead to believe

You could give them a call and double check ?

I think as much as possible those they don't have to see which makes a change they are keeping away , they sometimes call this a paper review rather than a face to face one
