Were does everyone get there chest pains

I havent posted in awhile, I hqve been doing great copying so well, but the last 3 maybe 4 days have been bad with chest pains but not really anything else, it happens a few times a day like a stabbing pain for qbout 5 seconds maybe 10 seconds. Location is about 2 inches right of left nippe and 2 inches up. Does anyone else get pains here. I know part of my heart is in that area and suffering with servere health anxiety is making my mind race.

Yes, I suffered with chest pains due to stress. I have started doing mindfulness; breathing excises have helped a little to ease my stress levels. I was at one point taking Amitriptyline for 6 months for the pain but no difference. It’s not easy but I do try to keep up with my breathing skills. Sorry I trying to write but my cat is having none of it! 😂

Ye su have had that and made me super worried I did stress test and ECG twice they came clear , every time I worry too much I get that pain and chest burn along with palpitations and hot flashes.
